Step by step
- Step 1Connect wallet
- Step 2Bring or mint a tokenPaste an existing SPL mint with both authorities revoked, or mint a new one inline. Either way, both authorities must be revoked before the sale can be created.
- Step 3Set the termsPresale price and caps, or a fair-launch token amount; schedule; optional allowlist; liquidity share; vesting.
- Step 4Escrow the tokensOne transaction moves the sale and liquidity tokens into the program's vault and opens the sale.
- Step 5Contributors deposit SOLSOL goes into a program-controlled vault and is refunded in full if the soft cap isn't reached.
- Step 6ListedAnyone can run the listing: the program creates the Raydium pool and burns or locks the LP, and contributors claim on their vesting schedule.
Two sale types
A presale sells at a fixed price up to a hard cap, which ends the sale early when reached. A fair launch has no price: contributors deposit SOL during the window and the tokens for sale are split pro-rata at the end.
Bringing a token
Paste an existing mint or mint one inline. Both authorities must be revoked; minting inline does this automatically.
What is escrowed
The tokens for sale and the tokens for liquidity at the hard cap are escrowed when the sale opens. Contributed SOL goes to a vault that only the program can move.
Allowlists and vesting
An allowlist CSV can open an early access window or restrict the whole sale to listed wallets, with each wallet proving its place by Merkle proof. Vesting is enforced on-chain when tokens are claimed.
Listing
Anyone can run the listing, which takes three transactions: settle the sale, create the Raydium pool, then burn or lock the LP. Proceeds are paid out in the last step. If a settled sale's pool can't be created, the sale becomes refundable after seven days.
Fees
3% of the SOL raised, taken at listing. A listing reserve of about 0.22 SOL covers Raydium's pool fee, and any unused part is returned to the creator.
FAQ
What does it guarantee?
Tokens are escrowed before anyone contributes, SOL sits in a program vault, and the program creates the pool and burns or locks the LP.
Do I need a token already?
Paste one or mint one inline. Both authorities are revoked either way.
Presale or fair launch?
Presale: fixed price and hard cap. Fair launch: SOL is split pro-rata at the end.
What if the soft cap is missed?
Anyone marks the sale failed and contributors refund in full.
Who creates the pool?
Anyone. A listing reserve from the raise covers Raydium's fee.
Burn or lock LP?
Both irreversible. Locking gives the creator a fee-key NFT.
What does Solstack charge?
3% of the SOL raised, at listing. Nothing if the sale fails.
Why devnet only?
The program is unaudited.
