Rate limits
The public faucet caps requests per wallet and per IP. If you're rate-limited, wait a few minutes, request a smaller amount, or use another devnet faucet.

Why can't I get mainnet SOL?
Faucets only exist on test networks. Switch to Devnet or Testnet with the toggle in the top bar.
