Terms of Service

Solstack is an interface for building and signing your own Solana transactions. Using it means you accept these terms.

What Solstack is

Solstack is mostly client-side software that builds Solana transactions for you to sign in your own wallet. Solstack never holds your wallet's keys and does not act as a counterparty. There are two exceptions to signing everything yourself. With Multisender and Airdrop, your one transaction funds a key made for that send, and while the send runs, Solstack's server holds that key and the SOL in it, and uses them only to carry out that send and return what's left to you. With the Grid Trading Bot and DLMM Liquidity Bot, your one transaction funds a key made for that bot, and until you stop it, Solstack's server holds that key and the SOL and tokens in it, trades with them as the settings you chose say, and sends everything the bot holds back to you when it stops. Trading carries market risk: a bot can end with less than it started with.

Your responsibility

  • You alone control your wallet and private keys. Solstack never has access to either.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every transaction in your wallet before approving it. The wallet's confirmation screen, not any summary Solstack shows, is the authoritative record of what you are signing.
  • You are responsible for the token, mint, or transfer parameters you enter. Solstack does not validate that a transaction does what you intend beyond simulating it for on-chain errors.
  • Devnet is for testing. Mainnet transactions are real, final once confirmed, and cost real SOL.

No warranty

Solstack is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Solana is a third-party network that Solstack does not operate or control. Outages, congestion, RPC failures and protocol bugs are outside Solstack's control and responsibility. Solstack is not liable for losses arising from your use of the network, a wallet, an RPC provider, or a smart contract you interact with.

No financial advice

Nothing in Solstack or its documentation is investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token carries no guarantee of value, liquidity, or legality in your jurisdiction; that determination is your responsibility.

Fees

Some tools charge a Solstack fee, listed in the Overview and shown before you sign. Network fees, rent and storage go to the network or provider. Read-only tools are free.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Solstack adds tools or features. Continuing to use Solstack after a change means you accept the updated terms.
