The atomic first buy

The create and buy instructions land in the same transaction, so no other buyer can trade between them. The buy comes from one wallet and is visible on-chain as the creator's buy; Solstack does not split buys across wallets.

Set by pump.fun

  • Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 with 6 decimals.
  • Mint and freeze authority are handled by the program; there is nothing to revoke.
  • Trading starts on the bonding curve immediately and migrates to an AMM when the curve completes.
  • Creator fees on trades accrue to your wallet's creator vault; claim them on pump.fun or from Creator Fees.

Before you start

  • Have the name, ticker, a square logo and any links ready. They're written into the coin's metadata and can't be edited after launch.
  • Decide the dev buy: how much SOL you'll spend on your own coin in the launch transaction. Zero is allowed.
  • Keep the dev buy, the 0.05 SOL fee and a little extra for rent, uploads and network fees in the wallet. The review screen shows the total before you sign.
  • Rehearse on devnet if it's your first launch: the program runs there, though pump.fun's site won't list the coin.

Metadata upload failsRetry. Arweave gateways occasionally time out, and a failed upload costs nothing.
